OUR CONTACT US FORM IS TEMPORARILY NOT WORKING. The web hosting company we have used since we began our web presence - ValueWeb has recently been acquired by Hostway. Our site is being transitioned from the ValueWeb hosting platform to Hostway's hosting platform. During this problematic transition we are having issues with messages sent via our contact us form not being delivered to Art Treasures Gallery. The form gives the appearance of working - however - the message is never delivered. Hostway is aware fo this and has responded: “Please accept our sincere apologies for the form issue that you are experiencing. This is caused due to vulnerabilities in some custom applications, used on other domains, affecting the shared server on which your domain is hosted.
Kindly note that our System Engineers are aware of this issue and they are disabling these vulnerable applications to secure services for all the other esteemed customers such as you. This non-receipt of form emails is thus an intermittent issue and we are working to resolve it completely as soon as possible.” We are awaiting feedback from Hostway on a time-to-fix estimate this “non-receipt of form emails”. On 6 Jan 2009 Hostway responded: ”Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time frame for this issue.” Art Treasures Gallery apologise for the inconvenience this issue with Hostway may cause.
